…who are against marriage equality for all shouldn’t be allowed to date people of another race. See? It works both ways
I have willingly turned a blind eye to Chick-fil-A’s support of groups that support marriage inequality because your food is so delicious, unfortunately, I feel as though I can no longer do that with a clear conscious. I’m sorry to Chick-fil-A that they have lost a customer in me, but i’m more sorry to my gay friends for giving my money to a company that supports the status quo of treating people like second class citizens.
I’m sorry to my gay friends for putting good tasting food before support for their rights to be treated as equals
So August 1st will be the day that bigoted people all across the land will go to Chick-Fil-A to support an organization that supports religiously backed bigotry towards homosexuals.
Are we just going to allow them to do this? How about a response. I propose that on “Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day” members of the LGBT community stand in front of their nearest Chick-Fil-A to demonstrate that they are human beings. Feel free to bring your partner and embrace passionately. If you are like me and are not a member of the LGBT community (but are supportive of the cause) join along for moral support :)
People should bring food and drinks from competing restaurants that are in fact friendly towards the LGBT community since it is summer and we don’t want anyone getting dehydrated out there.
Go forth children
This is Jemma B. She posted the photo on the right with the caption reading, “I slap a man for making fun of me being a lesbian and this is what I get?… Fuck you matt mutter.”
She was beaten because she was open about her sexuality. Being a lesbian, or being gay, or bisexual or anything is nothing anyone should get beaten up for. This is not right
With all the posts I make supporting equal rights for gay people, I wonder how many of my friends think that I’m gay.
